Plan dated September 30, 2026
The directory
Let's Fix It Mobile is a live, asset-light directory. Independent mobile mechanics take the calls. The company does not run shops or carry brick-and-mortar overhead.
The live map lists 2,326 active mobile mechanics across the states already on letsfixitmobile.com, including the Texas metros. That coverage is wider than Houston, Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio.
Collected sales
The 30 September 2026 plan, base case, grows listings from 1,500 to 18,000 and claimed shops from 200 to 3,000 over years 1 through 5. Five-year collected sales on that path are $165,666. Year 5 collected sales are $86,490, about $8,940 a month at the end of that year.
On the same shop counts, the stronger case is $248,499 collected over five years. The low case is $82,833. All three cases are the plan's range. They are not a promise.
Year 1 targets
Year 1 targets are separate from that collected-sales plan. The year-1 valuation target is $1.5 million to $3.5 million. The year-1 platform net target is $250,000 to $500,000. A quieter directory case for year 1 is $100,000 to $250,000. These are targets.
Year 5 targets
Year 5 targets are separate from that collected-sales plan. The year-5 valuation target is $25 million to $50 million or more. The year-5 platform net target is $5 million to $12 million or more. The year-5 map goal is all 50 states. These are targets.
Two different measures
Collected sales and valuation targets are different measures. Collected sales are the directory fees this plan counts. A valuation target is the value the plan aims at for the network. They are not the same result.
The base listing
A base listing takes no cut of the repair. The company does not collect the money a driver pays a mechanic for the work.
How to read this plan
These figures are the company's own plan, dated 30 September 2026. They are not a forecast published by Google. They are not guaranteed results, not an appraisal, and not an offer to sell a security.
